UK: Anti-White commissioner wants less Whites in police force.

Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe, Commissioner for the Metropolitian police has made plans to make the London police force less White.

The plan is to impose a 5 year quota, where for every White officer recruited, a non-White officer must also be recruited. According to Hogan-Howe, about 1 in 5 of those currently recruited are non-White and this is not because of any quota or policy.
Assistant Commissioner Simon Byrne has spoken to the government asking them to change the race relations legislation, which stops anti-Whites like Commissioner Hogan-Howe from deliberately discriminating against White people, no matter how many times they shout words like “positive” and “good”.
John Tully, Chairman of the Metropolitan Police Federation said: “Any discrimination is wrong, appointment should only be based on merit.”
Non-Whites make over 40% of the city’s population, and anti-Whites insist that they must be represented, but apparently it doesn’t matter if White people are under-represented in other areas. About 10% of the Met’s 32,000 officers are currently non-White.
“I have argued for a change in the law.” Hogan-Howe said in a radio interview, “I would argue, say for five years make it 50/50, because sadly even though we’re recruiting now and we are doing well, I think about one in five of our new recruits will be from a minority.”
MP (Member of Parliament) Keith Vaz also agrees with these policies, he said he wants more non-Whites to be encouraged into the UK’s police, especially administrative positions where they will have a lot of power.
Anti-Whites say that making the police non-White will represent the public. However, when it comes to massive non-White immigration into every White country there is no vote (a.k.a. representation). When it comes to forced White assimilation – forcing every White area to have a certain amount of non-Whites, there is no vote (representation)
On the issues that result in White genocide, there was is representation allowed; there is ONLY one opinion that can be represented – the opinion that these policies that result in White genocide are good.
If White people everywhere had accepted massive non-White immigration, and forcing every White area to accept non-Whites, then it would not be genocide – it would be stupidity. However, since we as a group of people, were never allowed to discuss any of the policies that led to White genocide, that makes it genocide.
In other words, if the Tibetans had voted to become apart of China and were allowed an honest and open discussion about it, it would not be genocide, however since it was forced on them it is genocide. Similarly, when massive non-White immigration and forced assimilation is pushed in every White country, and every White neighborhood across the globe – that is a clear example of genocide.
